Flagship Cohort · Begins February 2026
Workforce Integration Academy
A hybrid, 20-hour, 5-month cohort experience for adult education and literacy providers. Participants build skills to integrate workforce-aligned career pathways into their programs, share practice across the cohort, and graduate ready to drive system-level change.
Target: 20+ AEL providers statewide
Statewide Convening · June 2026
Career Pathways Symposium
A multi-day statewide convening of AEL providers, employers, post-secondary educators, workforce board leaders, and policy stakeholders. Expect plenary sessions, breakout strategy labs, and the cross-sector connections that move career pathways forward.
Target: 200+ attendees across all seven stakeholder categories
Pilots April 2026
Regional Integrated Education & Training Events
Three day-long events delivered in Texas regions to bring integrated education and career training best practices directly to AEL providers. Hands-on, practitioner-focused, and built around regional industry context.
Target: 75 AEL providers per event · 3 events through 2026
Series Begins March 2026
CPPDC Webinar Series
Three webinars timed to amplify the topics emerging from the Academy and regional events. Built to surface cross-stakeholder insight and give partners a low-barrier way to engage with CPPDC programming.

Launching 2026
Employer Engagement Hub
Three regional work groups bring together representation from across stakeholder categories — anchored by employers in key Texas industries. The hub is where workforce strategy meets the hiring line.
